A long-pending issue for BDA apartment allottees is finally moving forward. Many residents have been waiting for the opportunity to formally register their allotted parking spaces. The registration of parking spaces has been a long-standing concern for BDA apartment owners, particularly for those who have already received parking allotment letters but were unable to complete the registration process. BDA has now clarified that the process can be completed, and rectification deeds are being executed to facilitate the registration of parking spaces.
As per the latest clarification from BDA, where a Parking Allotment Letter has been issued, owners must update their e-Khata to reflect the parking details. Once the required changes are made, BDA will execute a Rectification Deed, based on which the owner can proceed with registration of the parking space.
Documents Required for registration of Car parking
- Request letter to BDA for parking registration
- Flat Allotment Letter
- Possession Certificate
- Khata Certificate reflecting parking details
- Bank challan/receipt for payment towards car parking
- Parking Allotment Letter issued by BDA
- Aadhaar Card
- Four passport-size photographs
- Copy of the Sale Deed
- Latest Encumbrance certificate (EC)
The above set of documents must be submitted to case worker of flat allotment section
