Dear Friends of BDA Apartmens, as electric vehicles become increasingly common across our apartment communities, having convenient and reliable charging infrastructure is becoming an important requirement.
To help make BDA apartment communities EV-ready, BDA Apartment Owners Forum has collaborated with Kazam to facilitate EV charging infrastructure for interested BDA Apartments.
What does this collaboration offer?
As part of the current offering, Kazam is providing a 3.3 kW EV charging infrastructure solution for BDA apartment communities. The offering includes:
- Free 3.3 kW EV charging infrastructure, device, software, installation and Maintenance & service.
- Free charging will be available for two-wheelers and four-wheelers from 1 October to 31 December 2026

BDA apartment associations/RWAs interested in exploring community EV charging infrastructure

The BDA Apartment Owners Forum is facilitating this initiative to help connect interested apartment communities and EV owners with Kazam.
The Forum is not the service provider or installer, and does not enter into agreements or make contractual commitments on behalf of individual apartment associations, RWAs, owners or residents.
Any installation, service agreement, payment, charging service, maintenance arrangement or other commercial engagement will be directly between the concerned apartment association/owner and Kazam or the relevant service provider.
The Forum does not guarantee the availability, performance, installation timeline, continued free-charging offer or future commercial terms of the service.
